Tao Te Ching: Chapter #2

2

When people see some things as beautiful,
other things become ugly.
When people see some things as good,
other things become bad.
Being and non-being create each other.
Difficult and easy support each other.
Long and short define each other.
High and low depend on each other.
Before and after follow each other.

Ok, this part is very understandable. "Good" or "Bad", for instance, are not absolute qualities, but judgments based upon our ability to compare things. Comparing is our natural way of learning.
Something is good only because there is something else which is bad. And in this sense, all dualities are interdependent. So in that way, there is unity in duality.

Therefore the Master
acts without doing anything
and teaches without saying anything.

If everything is relative and interdependent, the Master acts according to the Wu Wei, in accordance with the natural flow and without ego attachment, and teaches by example.

Q:
I don't see the logical passage from the premise to the following.

A:
The premise is the relativity of things, interdependence, and impermanence. Our ego pushes us towards things that we think are good for us, but it's nonsensical, because if there is unity and not duality, we are basically acting by negating the fundamental nature of the universe.
A Master, who recognises this fundamental truth, adopts the "acting without forcing" way of living (Wu Wei).

Things arise and she lets them come;
things disappear and she lets them go.

Another reminder of non-attachment and acceptance (I wanna suggest you see this video).

She has but doesn't possess,
acts but doesn't expect.

Non-attachment to things ("doesn't possess"), and non-attachment to results ("doesn't expect").

When her work is done, she forgets it.
That is why it lasts forever.

Acting for the sake of the action, without any seeking of validation or celebration from the outside, and even

Conclusion
The path of the wise person starts from recognising that there is unity underlying all duality, which mutually define each other (interdependence). And by recognising it, we could have the chance to change the way we are doing things, by stopping striving for one side, planning without expecting, acting but not forcing, and accepting things as they are (and not suffering because they are not the way we are expected).
