Yearly Spirituality Routine
What is a Yearly Spirituality Routine (from now on YSR)?
Well, it's something that I "stole" from Mr. RIP.
So, basically, it's just a collection of inspirational links (video, poetry, books, music, etc.) that inspire and nourish the deepest part of you.
I strongly advise you to avoid self-help bullshit; it is meant for a boost of motivation, and in general, self-help it's crap, we all fell for it, but we all know it.
I already remember the first time I saw a live show with Mr. RIP that showed his audience his YSR, and that inspired me to start a collection of what I found inspiring.
Keep in mind that the YSR is not set in stone. So the idea is to keep adding links and/or even delete something that no longer resonates with me.
Before this blog, I had a Notion page (as a second brain), and I started to collect my YSR there, but I decided to delete Notion. I didn't want to pay for more space, so I decided to put the list of those linked in this blog.
How to use it?
The advice that MR. Rip gives us a way to immerse ourselves in those links once a year, in the last two weeks of December. The idea is to recharge with the aim of planning next year's goals, and I'm trying to do the same.
Seeeeee ya!
