How to articulate thoughts on paper

As this blog proceeds, I've met a few obstacles. First and foremost I struggle to articulate my thoughts clearly.

I barely define the object of posts, and that happens because I start writing on the urge of something that happens, so it's more from a reaction point of view than a deep and complete reflection on something.
But ok, let's keep going, I know I need to define more clearly the message that I want to share, but I think that I have to fix something else first.

The second step is to organize the idea. Ok, I'm not so good at this at all, but I think I could make a brief list before I start writing and stick with it.

Another point is the language and words I choose to use. I consume a lot of material in English to improve my vocabulary, primarily videos, but books too. I even have calls with a language coach twice a month to practice. So I think it depends on my commitment and time.

Nevertheless, for the quality and deepness of my thoughts, there is no quick fix, I have to absorb and learn from high-quality sources (so no more crappy books and videos for me).

But I have the sensation that I forgot something...

A quick recap to keep in mind for future

  • Define more clearly the main message that I want to share
  • Make a list of points to cover in the post
  • Careful choice of words
  • Select high-quality sources
