The Yoghurt Paradox
The life itself comes with different challenges, obligations, desires, and so on and so forth.
In modern society, it's even worse because we see everything that could be done in a lifespan, and we are sooooo greedy (and even curious too). So we create, our, to-dos, our SMART goals, our Vision board, our Yearly statement, and so on.
Basically, we try to play a game (life), that we explore in a sequence of try-and-error attempts, in the hardest mode available.
But our brains are not designed to keep all these in one. But don't panic! Because the brain is so used to creating space (and it's very efficient too), but the question at most is how does it create that space?
The brain creates space by removing everything that does not have an "expiration date". Because Everything with an expiration date is important (bills, taxes, etc.), even more, if it's externally enforced, while the rest fall at the bottom of our to-do lists (and sometimes even directly outside of it)
So, and here I quote: "The world is full of people who wouldn't let the yoghurt in their fridge expire, but they let all dreams, opportunities and projects expire".
