How This Blog Suddenly Became an Excuse to Make Research

In the beginning, this blog was merely a platform to make practice in English and of course even to share my thoughts. However, as time has passed, it has evolved into something different.
Some sort of structured excuse to deep dive into topics that pique my interest.

Often, I come across a topic or a concept that captures my attention. This could be from a book, a conversation, a YouTube video, an event, or even a random thought. I make sure to jot these ideas down immediately, primarily in Google Keep.

Next I do a quick exploration. Skimming articles, to save them in Omnivore (I prefer it over  Instapaper, because even in the free version you could make any number of highlight that you want), watching videos, or other sources.

The its time to refine and (hopefully) analyze and synthesize the idea. This means zeroing in on a specific aspect of the topic that intrigues me the most. It could be a unique angle, an unanswered question, or a personal connection that makes the subject more compelling, or even a certain point in which I don't agree upon it.

The result is a blog post a mere excuse to make some practice hides the motion of my curiosity. This approach has transformed how I view blogging. What started as a casual pastime has become a disciplined process of inquiry and learning (and hopefully in the future with practice will produce something valuable in some way.
